A role for a strong, seasoned 2nd / 3rd line sales leader. This is not a role to grow into, we need a level of competence in place to ensure continuity of this growing business.

Leading a team of 4 RSMs, 30 sales people you will be wholly responsible for the sales number, the performance and the culture that drives. People will be your purpose, your mission and you activity day to day will be centred around developing and leading a team of incredible 1st line leaders. You will be incredibly turned into human motivation, excelling in leading and encouraging diversity in every form.
