Firstly, we make sure they align to our client’s market and patient group. Secondly, are they the right individual for the team, the local culture and importantly the leadership. Its critical for us that candidate and client are aligned on vision, expectation and values. Thirdly, we look to establish experience, networks and knowledge bases that are aligned to the client, to further accelerate impact on the market and importantly the patient.

We Grow

We coach, we mentor, and we train. Our relationship with the candidate continues beyond placement. We challenge them on their progress and ask them to consistently re-evaluate their learning gaps and development process. The rationale is simple, succession planning for the client and us.

Some of our clients choose to employ us on a more formal basis. Structured sales training courses, psychometric profiling, leadership coaching, conflict management, HR law and multiple other allied areas.
