The candidate profile, ideally Physio, Scrub Tech / Orthopaedic ODP or Biomechanics heritage. Tenure and loyalty in a cv is key, the ability to demonstrate the strength to drive through stormy seas. Commercially savvy, someone passionate about evolving patient care.

Particularly strong leadership in the business, heavily invested in people and product. Very passionate heritage, focused on surgical outcomes and patient experience.
