<p>The role of the Business Manager is to maximise Sales opportunities for all aspects of the Business utilising multiple different business models. This is not a traditional business, this is not a traditional sales role, the technology is advanced, the market complex and challenging and the stakeholders demanding of your time and knowledge.</p>
<p>I am not looking for a &#8216; rep &#8216;. I need a sales professional in every sense. A consultant, a closer, a thinker and a grafter. This is very much a senior sales function, which will necessitate superb selling and commercial skills. You role will see you engage with clients in both acute and non-acute settings, clinically and financially the role will see you where many hats and sell the value at every level.</p>
<p>You hold full accountability and responsibility for the Business success in the accounts managed across the defined area and you should be comfortable with being able to identify opportunity, plan for it control it and forecast your business in a succinct and accurate manor.</p>
<p>Major Responsibilities</p>
<p>The Territory has to meet or exceed the agreed revenue targets. The role of the Executive is to grow the Product Portfolio business.</p>
<p>Achieve quarterly revenue targets.</p>
<p>Analyse all business potential on territory.</p>
<p>Deliver a territory business plan and a business plan on all key accounts as agreed with RSM.</p>
<p>Well planned,factual and focused business development strategies</p>
<p>Deliver Health Economic solutions to key accounts and be competent in the delivery of the company&#8217;s health economic models.</p>
<p>Good working knowledge of the NHS and current finance management within.</p>

<div id="_mcePaste">These are unique roles, almost hybrid as it works across both Device and Pharma Markets due to this implant having pharmacological properties. As such this role needs diligent and thorough Sales professional, clinically very strong and commercially very astute. You will have a solid track record in performance and be able to demonstrate and qualify a history in Technical Surgical Sales. You will excel in a conceptual sales scenario as the evidence base grows in this exceptional implant.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">The key target market is Orthopedics, in particular Trauma / spinal market. Orthopedics experience and networks would be useful but this is more about the individual. That said you must have a solid Sales track record in surgical equipment or potentially Pharma, if the latter we will be seeking proof of actual success in Sales cycles / closing and business management. Meeting call rates is not sufficient nor is winning via organic growth / price.</div>

You will have had a Nursing career already and developed the ability to manage task effectively and inspire and motivate your customers to make change in their practice. Your ability to see absorb information quickly and assimilate that into a clear and concise message is key as is your ability to build relationships and win trust at speed based on integrity, understanding and respect. Your role will see you manage the existing and develop the panel of experts in both primary care and the acute in your area. Your role will see you build a clinical support service across your geographical area and support the local Sales force in their role. This will ensure the portfolio of products grows, revenue increases as and patients benefit from groundbreaking technology. You must be high energy and motivated, commercially astute and organized to manage a large and demanding workload.</div>

<div>Requirements</div>

Your role is to maximise revenue, customer growth and customer satisfaction within a given geographical / business / assigned area by building, strengthening and enlarging long-term customer relationships.<br />
This is a highly specialised sector, very patient focused and intensive in its nature. The role will see you working in an ITU / CCU setting 0ver 80% of your time. Whilst generating new revenue opportunities is key ensuring stability, account management and holding market share are paramount to the success of the division. The ability to be able to control, hold and grow your business is reflected in the package.</p>

<p>Location – Flexible, suitably located to cover the entire South</p>
<p>Excellence as a Regional Sales Manager is about understanding individuality, welcoming diversity, setting vision, pace and focus. You will need to have these qualities in this role.</p>
<p>I need a very talented Regional Sales Manager, a transparent leader for my client, a hugely well-respected company worth over 100 Million euro in the Medical Sector in the UK. Working in partnership with and leading a team of 4 territory manages your key focus will be talent cultivation, opportunity assessment and execution. You will be hands on coach and mentor but not a micro manager; you will be a guide, a support mechanism and pillar of strength to your team, not a dictator.</p>
<p>To apply you will need to demonstrate clear examples of personal development of yourself and your teams.</p>
<p>You will be an accomplished Sales Leader in medical device of at least 2 yeas and have a clear picture of what ‘good’ looks like and how to build trust and a winning mentality at speed.</p>
<p>You will of had a career that would include Sales excellence and have exposure in tender management / capital purchase and be comfortable, preferably with experience of selling capital equipment.</p>
<p>You will need to demonstrate an understanding of the key stakeholders involved in Medical electronics and diagnostic Sales.</p>
<p>You will be clinically strong, inspirational and ethical and enjoy an autonomous working relationship with you Sales Director.<br />
You will be results focused, a wealth of experience in setting KPI, business Planning and have a deep experience of the NHS funding pathways and processes.</p>
